Indicated for:

• Colds
• Cough
• Mucus

How to use:

Aroma diffusion: add 5 drops of E.O. of Scots pine + 5 drops of E.O. of lemon.

Topically: add 1 drop of E.O. to 10 drops of base vegetable and massage the chest and back, 2 times a day.

Indicated for:

• Hypotension

How to use:

Inhalation route: direct inhalation of the vase or through an essential oil inhaler.

In special situations:

Contraindicated during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and children under 6 years of age. Contraindicated in patients with asthma and caution in people with neurological diseases.

• Monoterpenes: α- pinene, β- pinene, D-limonene,
• δ-3-carene, myrcene ≈90%
• Sesquiterpenes:β-karyophyllene ≈5%
• Terpene esters: bornyl acetate ≈1%
