Indicated for:

• Common cold, flu
• Sinusitis and pharyngitis
• Chickenpox
• Lowering of defenses

 How to use:

Aroma diffusion: add 3 drops to the aroma diffuser and let diffuse the stay on. Combinable with E.O. lemon (Children).

Topically: dilute 1 drop of E.O. in 25 drops of V.O. of apricot and massage chest, back, and feet, 2 times a day.

Indicated for:

• Tiredness due to nervousness
• Agitation
• Nightmares

How to use:

Aroma diffusion: add 5 drops of E.O. to it aroma diffuser for 15 minutes and turn it off before going to sleep.

Relaxing bath: mix 2 EO drops in a little bit of gel and add the mixture to the water of the bathroom.

In special situations

(pregnancy, pediatrics, polymedicated patients…) Use under the supervision of a specialist. Caution in patient’s asthmatics.

• Terpenic oxides: 1,8-cineole* ≈45%
• Monoterpenes: α-pinene, β-pinene, sabinene,
• myrcene, limonene ≈25%
• Monoterpenols: linalool, terpinen-4-ol ≈10%
