Petitgrain (bitter orange) EO

Indicated for:

• Stress
• Anxiety
• Palpitations
• Insomnia

How to use:

Aroma diffusion: add 5 to 10 drops of E.O. (combinable with E.O. of lavender).

Inhalation route: add 2 drops to a tissue and inhale deep.

Topically: apply 2 drops on the inner side of the wrists and perform deep inhalations / add 8 drops to the A.E. inhaler.

Indicated for:

• Nervous dystonias

How to use:

Topically: dilute 2 drops of E.O. in 10 drops of V.O. apricot and perform massage in the pit of the stomach.

In special situations:

 (pregnancy, pediatrics, polymedicated patients…) use under the supervision of a specialist.

• Terpene esters: linalyl acetate, acetate
• neryl, geranyl acetate ≈60%
• Monoterpenols: linalool, α-terpineol ≈30%
• Monoterpenes: myrcene, β-pinene ≈5%
