Indicated for:

• Bruxism
• Muscle contractures

How to use:

Topically: mix 2 drops of E.O. of marjoram in 2 drops of St. John’s wort oleate and massage the jaw in circles before of going to sleep. The same way of employment for cervical or pain of nervous origin.

Aroma diffusion: add 5 to 10 drops, ideal for offices, and health centers.

Aromatic bath: mix 2-3 drops of E.O. in the gel bath and add to the water.

Indicated for:

• Dysmenorrhea

 How to use:

Topical use: mix 2 drops of essential oil in 10 drops of arnica oil and massage the lower abdomen. Can be combined with clary sage essential oil.

 In special situations:

In special situations (pregnancy, pediatrics, polymedicated patients…)

• Monoterpenes: α-terpinene, sabinene, limonene, Հ-terpinene ≈40%
