How to use:

Aroma diffusion: Add 5 to 10 drops in the aroma diffuser.

Inhalation: Apply 2 drops of essential oil (E.O.) on a handkerchief or in a nasal inhaler.

How to use:

Inhalation: Apply 2 drops of essential oil (E.O.) on a handkerchief or in a nasal inhaler. (For motion sickness, start inhaling half an hour before the trip and continue every 15 minutes during the journey.)

Oral use (sublingual): Apply 1 drop under the tongue, pure or diluted in vegetable oil (V.O.), 30 minutes before starting the trip.

In special situations:

Due to its coumarin content, it can cause photosensitivity. Avoid direct exposure to the sun for 8 hours after use.

For oral use: consult with a specialist during pregnancy, lactation, for children under 6 years old, and patients on anticoagulant treatment.
