How to use:

Aroma diffusion: Add 5 drops into the aroma diffuser.

Inhalation: Inhale directly from the container.

Indicated for:

• Lowered defenses
• Fatigue
• Depression 

How to use:

Topical use: Add 5 drops of essential oil (E.O.) in 10 ml of vegetable oil (V.O.), apply 2 or 3 drops of the mixture, and massage on the stomach, back, and feet. (Apply diluted)

In special situations:

(pregnancy, pediatrics, patients on multiple medications), use under the supervision of a specialist.
