Field Mint EO

Indicated for:

• Headache
• Neuralgia
• Heavy legs, poor circulation

How to use:

Topically: apply 1 E.O. drop of mint on the fingers, and massage on the temples or affected area.

Topical route (action refreshing): add 1 drop in moisturizer or with circulatory action.

Indicated for:

• Congestion, colds
• Reinforcement of attention and driving

How to use:

Inhalation route: add 7 drops of lemon EO and 1 drop of mint EO.

 In special situations:

Contraindicated during pregnancy, lactation, children under 6 years old, elderly, patients’ epileptics, with respiratory problems and gastroesophageal reflux.

Apply away from eyes: risk of irritation. Caution on hypertensive patients.

Contains:

• Monoterpenes: menthol ≈75%
• Ketones: menthone, isomenthone ≈10%
• Monoterpenes: limonene ≈3%
