Eucalyptus radiata EO

Indicated for:

• Colds
• Flu
• Congestion
• Sinusitis

How to use:

Aroma diffusion: add 5-10 drops of E.O.

Inhalation route: add 5 drops in an inhaler essential oil.

Indicated for:

• Cough with mucus

How to use:

Topically: add 1 drop of E.O. eucalyptus radiata in 15 drops of A.V. of jojoba and perform massage on thorax and back, 2 to 3 times a day.

Orally: add 1 drop of E.O. in a tablespoon of honey and drink afterward after a meal, 1 to 2 times a day.

In special situations:

Caution in people asthmatics and epileptics. Caution during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and children under 6 years of age.

Contains:

• Terpenic oxides: 1,8-cineole ≈70%
• Monoterpenols:α-terpineol ≈15%
• Monoterpenes: limonene ≈10%
