Indicated for:

• Varicose veins
• Tired legs
• Hemorrhoids

How to use:

Topically: add 2 drops of E.O. to the dose of circulatory cream or dilute the 2 drops in a mixture at 50% of V.O of Calófilo and V.O. of almonds.

Topical route (hemorrhoids): add maximum 1-2% essential oil in a plant base, cream or gel.

Indicated for:

• Dry cough
• Spasmodic cough

How to use:

Aroma diffusion: add 5 to 10 E.O. drops

Topically: dilute 1 drop of E.O. in 15 drops of vegetable oil apricot and massage

on the chest and back, 2 or 3 times up to date.

Orally: add 1 drop of essential oil to a spoonful of honey or natural antitussive syrup.

In special situations:

Contraindicated in patients with estrogen-dependent cancer and mastitis Contraindicated during pregnancy, breastfeeding and children under 6 years of age.

Esters:terpenyl acetate ≈5%

Sesquiterpenes: germacrene D ≈2%

Sesquiterpenol:cedrol, δ-cadinene ≈2%
