Indicated for:

• Dysmenorrhea
• Premenstrual syndrome

How to use:

Topical route: prepared base of 2 drops of E.O. in 3 ml of oleate arnica or hypericum. Apply 3 drops and massage the underbelly the days before and during menstruation.

Indicated for:

• Hot flushes
• Symptoms of Menopause

How to use:

Inhalation route: inhale straight from the packaging or add 8 drops in a oil inhaler essential.

In special situations:

Contraindicated during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and minors 6 years. Caution in patients

with estrogen-dependent cancer and metastasis.

Terpene esters: linalyl acetate, acetate

geranyl, neryl acetate ≈65%

Monoterpenols: linalool, α-terpineol, geraniol ≈20%

Diterpenols: sclareol ≈2%
