How to use: Inhalation route: through an E.O. inhaler, apply 8 drops in the filter, and inhale 3 times a day

Aroma diffusion: add 10 drops and inhale periodically for 15 minutes a day

How to use: Topically: mix 1 drop by E.O. in 10 drops of V.O. apricot Massage the soles of the feet or apply on the inside of the wrists and perform inhalations deep.

Due to its coumarin content, it can lead to photosensitivity. Avoid direct exposure to the sun innext 8 hours after use.

 In special situations: (pregnancy, pediatrics, polymedicated patients…) use under the supervision of a specialist.

• limonene, pinene, terpinene ≈ 40%
• Esters: linalyl acetate ≈25%
  Coumarins: trans-α-bergamotene <5%
