Bay Laurel EO

Indicated for:

• Canker sores
• Mouth ulcers
• Influenza
• Sinusitis

How to use:

Mouthwash: Mix 1 drop of bay laurel essential oil (E.O.) with 4 drops of alcohol, then add to a glass of warm water. Gargle 3 times a day for 5 days.

Inhalation: Apply 1 drop on the wrists, then inhale deeply 3 times. Alternatively, use an essential oil inhaler. Repeat 3 times a day for 5 days.

Topical use: Mix 2 drops of bay laurel essential oil (E.O.) with 4 drops of vegetable oil (V.O). Apply 2 drops of the mixture to the maxillary sinuses and the chest, 3 times a day for 5 days.

Indicated for:

• Rheumatic pain: arthritis, osteoarthritis, postoperative…

 How to use:

Topical use: Mix 2 drops of bay laurel essential oil (E.O.) with 4 drops of vegetable oil (V.O.) and massage the affected area twice a day.

 In special situations:

Contraindicated during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and minors 6 years old

Contains:

• Oxides: 1,8-cineole ≈50%
• Monoterpenols: linalool ≈20%
• Monoterpenes: α-pinene, sabinene ≈20%
